2018 Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plans- DRAFT

NOTICE – Fresno Housing to Modify its Annual Plans

The Fresno Housing Authority announces its intention to modify its Annual Plan, Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), and HCV Administrative Plan. These plans for the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno and the Housing Authority of Fresno County, will be available for review online at www.fresnohousing.org.

The Annual Plans will also be available at the following locations upon request from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, August 8, 2017 through Thursday, September 21, 2017:

1331 Fulton Mall, Fresno CA, 1625 Allardt Drive, Firebaugh CA, and/or 1030 Parlier Ave, Parlier CA

The Fresno Housing Authority will also hold a public hearing to invite comments regarding the modifications to the Annual Plans. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., at 1331 Fulton Mall, Fresno, CA.

2017 Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plans

Each year in accordance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, 24 CFR Part 903 and subsequent U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) notices, Fresno Housing prepares updates to the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plans. The purpose of the Annual Plan is to notify HUD of any changes to the prior year’s Five-Year and Annual Plan. It is also a way to report progress made in meeting goals outlined in the PHA Five-Year Plan.
